Get paid your commissions

Released commissions are transferred to the bank account of your payout setup, with a self-billed invoice for each payment. You do not have to ask for them: they go out on their own as soon as they are released.
Before you start
- Complete the payout setup, as give your tax details as an affiliate explains.
Check a payment
- 1. In your affiliate panel, open Self-billed invoices.
- 2. Find the self-billed invoice of the payment, with what we transferred to you.
- 3. Click Download PDF if you need it.
What happens next
You get an email with each payment sent. The money takes a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Keep in mind
- OnBio issues the self-billed invoice in your name, with the tax details of your setup.
- If a payment fails, the commission shows as Payment failed and we let you know by email. I have not received the payment of my commissions explains it.
- Declare your affiliate income according to your tax situation. The self-billed invoice serves as proof.
