Create a funnel

A funnel is a short journey for a campaign: whoever arrives from an ad or a video sees a free guide or a sales page, pays at checkout and, if you want, receives a one-time offer right after. Each funnel has its own address and its own figures, so you know which campaign sells.

Before you start

  • Publish the products you are going to use in the funnel.
  • If the first step is a free guide, create a lead magnet first.
  • If you want a follow-up offer, have another published product with a one-time offer.

Create the funnel

Open Store in the side menu and select the Funnels tab, where your funnels appear with their figures.

  1. 1. Select New funnel.
  2. 2. Write the Name and the Address.
  3. 3. Choose the First step and the Product of the first step.
  4. 4. Choose the Checkout offer.
  5. 5. Choose the Follow-up offer (optional) if you want to offer something after the payment.
  6. 6. Select Save.

Publish the funnel

  1. 1. Check that no step shows notices.
  2. 2. Select Publish.
  3. 3. Select Copy the address of the funnel and paste it in your ad or your bio.

What happens next

The funnel answers on its address and counts views, contacts, payments started, sales, accepted offers and revenue. The figures of the last 30 days are on its screen.

Keep in mind

  • After a sales page, the checkout offer has to be of that same product.
  • The follow-up offer is only charged if the buyer accepts it, without writing their card again.
  • Only you see the name of the funnel. The address carries only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
  • Unpublish withdraws the funnel to change it. An archived funnel can no longer be changed.

Frequently asked questions

How is a funnel different from my store?

The store shows all your products to whoever arrives at your bio. A funnel takes each person along the path of a single product, without distractions. It also measures that campaign separately. You can have several funnels at once, one per campaign.
