With Zapier you connect your store with thousands of applications without coding. For example, you can add each sale to a spreadsheet or send each lead to your survey tool.
Connect your account
- 1. In Integrations, create an API key with the permissions you need.
- 2. Click Open OnBio on Zapier.
- 3. Add OnBio in Zapier and paste the key when asked.
Build a Zap
- 1. Choose as trigger the event of your store that starts the flow, such as a new sale.
- 2. Test the trigger to bring your most recent sales.
- 3. Add the action in the other application and turn the Zap on.
What happens next
When you turn the Zap on, a webhook with the Zapier origin appears among your webhooks. It disappears on its own when you turn the Zap off, without touching the ones you created by hand. Each sale reaches Zapier with the same fields as a webhook.
Keep in mind
- For Zapier to create or update contacts, the key needs the Write permission. If it does not have it, Zapier shows an error with the missing permission.
- Zapier shares your store's request quota with your other keys.
- If you revoke the key, the Zapier webhooks created with it are deleted.
