Connect with Make

Reviewed on 5 October 2026
On this page

Make connects your store with other applications through scenarios, without coding. For example, you can send your accountant a row for each refund or tag a contact when they buy.

Create the connection

  1. 1. In Integrations, create an API key with the permissions you need.
  2. 2. Click Open OnBio on Make.
  3. 3. Create an OnBio connection in Make and paste the key.

Build a scenario

  1. 1. Add an OnBio trigger, such as the one that watches refunds.
  2. 2. Add the module of the other application.
  3. 3. Turn the scenario on.

What happens next

When you turn on a scenario with an instant trigger, Make registers its own webhook in your store. You see it among your webhooks with the Make origin and it disappears when you delete the scenario.

Keep in mind

  • Make and Zapier offer the same triggers, actions and searches.
  • To tag or save contacts, the key needs the Write permission.
  • Make shares your store's request quota with your other keys.
  • If you revoke the key, the Make webhooks created with it are deleted.
