Connect Instagram

For AutoDM to answer your followers, connect your Instagram account to OnBio. You only do it once. OnBio keeps the connection active for you.
Before you start
- Your account has to be professional, creator or business. You do not need a Facebook page.
- Your account has to be public to receive comments from people who do not follow you.
Connect the account
- 1. In Integrations, click Set up Instagram.
- 2. Click Connect with Instagram.
- 3. Sign in to Instagram and accept all the permissions.
What happens next
You see Instagram connected. and the account appears as Connected, with its Permissions and the expiry date of the Token. The token renews on its own before it expires. You can now create your first AutoDM rule.
Keep in mind
- If the account is personal, you see That account is personal. Switch it to professional on Instagram and connect again. The change is free and reversible.
- If you do not accept the comments permission, rules by comment do not work until you connect again.
- If you disconnect the account, your rules are paused until you connect it again.
