Signed-in devices, their last opening and the button to remove them.

Here you see the devices where you are signed in with notifications, with their last opening. The one you are using is marked.

How to get there

In the app's Settings, tap Devices, in the ACCOUNT section. The row says how many are signed in.

What you can do

  • See which devices get notifications.
  • See when the app was last opened on each one.
  • Remove a device you no longer use.

Step by step

Remove a device

  1. 1. Find the device in the list.
  2. 2. Tap Remove.

What happens next

That device stops getting OnBio notifications. If you want to use it again, sign in on it again.

Keep in mind

  • If you sign out on another device, it also disappears from this list.
  • Remove devices you have lost or sold.
  • If no device gets notifications, turn them on from Settings on the phone you use.

Frequently asked questions

Does removing a device sign it out?

Removing it makes that device stop getting OnBio notifications at once. To get them again, sign in again on it and turn on notifications from Settings.

What do I do if I lose my phone?

Sign in to the app from another device or open Notifications in the web panel. Remove the lost phone from the list and also change your password from the web.
