Here you decide whether the app notifies you on your phone about what happens in your business. Notifications arrive even when the app is closed.
How to get there
The app shows it the first time you sign in. If you left it for later, turn on notifications from Settings.
What you can do
- Get a notification for each sale, with the product and the amount.
- Get a notification when a transfer is sent or when it fails.
- Get a notification when you are close to a plan limit.
- Leave it for later.
Step by step
Turn on notifications
- 1. Tap Turn on notifications.
- 2. Accept the permission the phone asks for.
What happens next
You start getting your business's notifications. In Settings you choose which ones you want.
Keep in mind
- Notifications never show your buyers' data.
- If the phone has OnBio notifications turned off, turn them on in its settings and come back to the app.
- If you tap Not now, you can turn them on later from Settings.
Frequently asked questions
What does a sale notification say?
It says your business name, the product and the amount. When you tap it, the app opens on that sale's details. It never shows the buyer's name or email.
