Here you accept a new version of OnBio's legal texts that is already in force. The screen shows which text changes, its version, since when it applies and the summary of changes.
How to get there
The app shows it when you sign in if a new version is in force. You also get there with Review and accept, in the notice on Today.
What you can do
- Read the summary of what changes.
- Read the full text.
- Accept the new version.
- Stay in read-only mode until you accept it.
Step by step
Accept the new version
- 1. Read the summary under WHAT CHANGES.
- 2. Tap Read the full text if you want the details.
- 3. Tick the acceptance box.
- 4. Tap Accept.
What happens next
The app and the dashboard become available for editing again. OnBio keeps the acceptance with its version and date.
Keep in mind
- Until you accept it, the app and the dashboard are read-only. Your sales, payouts and bookings keep working.
- Only the business owner can accept the new version.
- Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, applicable since 12 July 2020, requires at least 15 days' notice of changes to terms. OnBio publishes significant changes 30 days ahead.
- If a newer version comes into force while you are reading, the screen asks you to review and accept that one instead.
