You sign in to the app with the email you bought with in any OnBio store. There is no password: you get a six-digit code.
How to get there
Open the OnBio app. If you have never signed in, or you signed out of the last email, the app starts here.
What you can do
- Type your Email and tap Send me a code.
- Type the 6-digit code you get by email.
- Ask for another one with Send another code or go back with Change email.
Step by step
Sign in for the first time
- 1. Type the email of your purchases in Email.
- 2. Tap Send me a code.
- 3. Copy the code of the OnBio email into 6-digit code.
What happens next
The app opens your Library with the purchases from every store made with that email. The session stays saved on the phone and you do not ask for a code again unless you sign out.
Keep in mind
- The code expires after 10 minutes. If it does not arrive, check the spam folder before asking for another one.
- If you bought with several emails, sign in with one and add the others in Settings.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an OnBio account?
No. The email you bought with in a creator's store is enough. The app has no password: each time you sign in on a new phone, OnBio emails you a six-digit code.
