DSA
The Digital Services Act is the European rule that requires platforms to have a channel to report illegal content and to explain their decisions. On OnBio, anyone can report content and the creator gets the decision with its reasons and how to appeal it.
Legal basis
It is Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, applicable to all platforms since 17 February 2024. The statement of reasons is regulated by its article 17.
