Purpose
The represented party grants the representative the power to submit electronically to the Spanish Tax Agency, in their name, the invoicing records of the invoices that OnBio’s computer system generates for the represented party with the VERI*FACTU system of Royal Decree 1007/2023. The representation covers cancellation records, corrections and receiving the Agency’s answers to each submission.
Affiliate variant. For whoever signs as an affiliate, the representation is limited to the invoicing records of the invoices OnBio issues in their name for the commissions and earnings they obtain in the creators’ affiliate programs.
Statements of the represented party
The represented party declares that the identification details in this document are true. They know that the representation is limited to submitting invoicing records and does not include filing returns or any other procedure before the Tax Agency. They know they can revoke it at any time from the OnBio panel.
Term and revocation
The representation applies from the date of signature until the represented party revokes it from the OnBio panel. The revocation takes effect at the end of the calendar month in which it is requested. The records of invoices already issued are submitted even if the revocation has taken effect.
Retention and production
The representative keeps this signed document for the limitation period of the tax obligations it refers to and produces it to the Spanish Tax Agency when required.
Signature
Signed electronically with the code of the represented party’s two-step verification on {signing_date}. The platform keeps the signed version, the hash of the document, the IP address and the user agent.
